Tuesday Night Ride

After work I met up with Joe and we rode out to Venice. This was my first ride out to Venice. I’ve done longer rides, but for some reason Venice just seems so far away. But I need to get out and ride more. So in addition to my normal weekly commutes, I thought Venice would be a good destination.

Joe and I stopped at the Brig in Venice. Parked outside was Dogtown Dogs, so we tried them out. The Brig was nice enough to let us bring our bikes in, so we wouldn’t have to lock them up. We enjoyed a Dogtown Dog, tater tots and a beer. What a good combo.

It was a great ride, and something that we should do more often. Here’s the route there and back.
