Monday Commute

by Errin on February 8, 2010

I had another great commute in today. The traffic light gods were looking kindly on me today, and I managed to ride the first 4.5 miles through LA without a red light. I didn’t even have to slow down for any reds. Just green after green after green. The best part of the green lights was that I broke yet another PR for the commute in. I made the 12.8 mile commute in 45 mins on the nose! And yes, this was on the 53lb Long Haul Trucker.

I can’t wait to try this ride on the Casseroll just to see how much faster I could do it. One of these weekends I’ll have to try that.

I had a great ride with the Sunday group yesterday through DTLA, but I haven’t uploaded the pictures yet. Ran out of time last night. I’ll get those posted soon, along with the map. Keep checkin’ back!
