Always have, always will.
Thanks to my Pops cycling has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I guess 1986 is the earliest that I can remember the Tour De France. Greg LeMonds win and the hunting accident the following year. I always wanted to be a climber. Watching those skinny guys climbs those mountains was just unreal to me. It’s still unreal to me.
Over the weekend we were looking through some old photo albums and came across a couple gems. I never raced when I was a kid, but I always had a bike around. As I turn 37 today it seems right to thank the man that has always looked out for me, and made me what I am today. I owe you much. Thanks Pops.
My first time at a shooting range. Scary at first, but lots of fun.
That’s the best way to describe her. With all that she has to go through everyday. Still managing to work 40 hours a week, even though she’s in pain. She’s “Tough As Nails”. No doubt about it. Whenever she says it I get a smile on my face and I know that anything is possible. I’m going to rely on her much in these coming months. I’m glad that she will always be with me.
For my Pops 60th we head to Catalina Island for the Zip Lines.
A visit to Pedro.
Fitting the pieces together of a puzzle.
