Camp Food

After getting to the top of Telescope Peak Marcus made some amazing food for our post hike chow down. He had marinated some flat steak and had some potatoes and asparagus ready to go. I supplied the vintage Coleman stove and he did the work. We piled the potatoes on top of the meat and went to work shoveling food into our face. It was washed down with some Golden Road IPA. We even had a ton of extra meat, so we offered it to the other campers. 76 year old Carl had just walked back into camp after an 11 hour hike and he was greeted with some warm food. A great end to a great day.

I supplied the stove, Marcus made the dinner.
